Translation interface
Note: Contact customer support to activate this feature.
The semi-automatic translation interface for Episerver Campaign lets you create and send mailings in multiple languages.
How it works
The original mailing is used as source for mailing in other languages, any mailing can be used. After you create the mailing and introduce the content, the interface requests the translation. The mailing cannot be dispatched before a translation is provided. When the translation is provided by the translation service provider, a new mailing is automatically created in the target language in your Episerver Campaign client.
Data format
Episerver Campaign creates an XMLStands for "extensible markup language"; an open international standard for structuring and transfering data between systems. file for translation from the source mailing. The delivered data has an identical data structure within the same XML namespace.
Translation service provider
You can use any translation agency that handles XML source format to translate the content. Episerver Campaign and the translation service provider transfers the data by email. The XML source file is sent automatically to an email address provided by the translation agency and configured at setup. The translation into the target language is sent back to Episerver Campaign by email, and the translation is automatically imported.
