What Is New in EPiServer CMO 2.0

EPiServer CMO 2.0 has been integrated with EPiServer CMS 6.0 and EPiServer OnlineCenter to answer the needs of the market by following up the visitors’ behavior with aggregated data and statistics.

EPiServer CMO has a new look and feel in the user interface, and has the following new features:

• Gadgets. In EPiServer OnlineCenter dashboard, you can add gadgets that aggregate the following site information:
  • KPI Summary. A gadget to view a summary of KPIs for a whole campaign or a single page. Also supported by iPhone/iPad app.
  • Live Monitor. A gadget to view visitors’ paths in a campaign.
• Campaign.You can add an owner to your campaigns.
• KPI entities. Now you can measure the following KPIs:
  
  • Downloads KPIA KPI to measure the number of downloads of a document or file in an online campaign.
  • Generic KPIA KPI to collect data through a Web Service API from any external data source, for example, EPiServer Commerce and partner-developed application.
  • Conversion KPIA KPI used to measure how many visitors reached the target page.
• Support of complex hosting scenarios.
