Enabling Delayed Publishing of a Page Version

In EPiServer CMS it is possible to schedule the publication of a version. This means that you can prepare the page in advance, and then schedule a later publishing. Enable delayed publishing of a page version as follows:

Create a new version of the page. Make your changes and select Save and view.
Submit the version for publication by selecting Ready to publish. This step is important in order to activate the delayed publishing function.
Select the Versions tab. In the version list, click the Delayed publish button after the version for which you want to set delayed publishing.
Select the Enable delayed publishing check box.
Select the date and time for the delayed publishing.
Select Save. Your version will be published on the date and at the time you specified, replacing the currently published version which will be removed from publication.

To remove the delayed publishing settings, select the Delayed publish button and clear the Enable delayed publishing check box and click Save.
