Optimizely Campaign seamlessly integrates all major web analytics, e-commerce and CRM systems. You can use programming interfaces (APIs Stands for "application programming interface". The API specifies how some software components should interact with each other, such as accessing a database or computer hardware, or easing the work of programming graphical user interface components. APIs often are in the form of a library that includes specifications for routines, data structures, object classes, and variables. Web analytics integration

Optimizely Campaign seamlessly integrates commonly available web analytics tools. Benefit from bi-directional data exchange: The most important statistics are sent to the analytics software, and segments relevant for your Optimizely Campaign remarketing campaigns are available in the feedback channel.

econda

When using econda integration, tracking data from your web shop is sent to Optimizely Campaign. User actions and product data from econda Shop Monitor are available for creating remarketing campaigns in Optimizely Campaign. Bi-directional data exchange also sends mailing and campaign parameters and recipient actions to econda.

Google Analytics

REST-API

The REST API is a convenient alternative to the SOAP API that lets you manage and control Optimizely Campaign features from external systems by using HTTPS requests. In contrast to the SOAP API, you can also manage Smart Campaigns Optimizely feature for sending out one-shot-campaigns, such as an event invitation or special Christmas offers.. In total, Optimizely provides more than 200 operations in over 16 different web services for this purpose. You can retrieve data from and send data to Optimizely Campaign via REST API.

SOAP API

The SOAP API lets you control Optimizely Campaign from external systems using a variety of programming languages and environments. HTTP API

The HTTP API can be used to register new recipients, manage blocklists Recipients whose email addresses are on the blocklist will never again receive email from you. This applies even if recipients subscribe to newsletters again later. To reverse this status, remove the recipient from the blocklist. and subscription cancellation lists, for personalized tracking and for sending trigger and transactional mails – also with personalized attachments. The HTTP API operations can be embedded into emails, web forms and online shops.

Content interface

Link external product databases to the content interface or content management system to display your shop products in your mailings. Just a few clicks are needed to create your product offer: the Optimizely Template Kit provides pre-configured paragraphs for linking and creating layouts for product data according to your corporate design guidelines.

Translation interface

The translation interface from Optimizely Campaign lets you send the texts for your mailing to a translation service provider. The service provider returns the translated content. Your mailing templates apply the relevant language to ensure that a localized mailing is sent to each target market.
